International Conference on Business Management & Accounting, Engineering and Humanities
Abstract Submission Closes In
A premier multidisciplinary international conference bridging business, technology, and humanity
Guided by the theme "Advancing Strategic Leadership, Sustainable Innovation, and Human-Centred Technologies in a Disruptive Global Landscape," the 2nd ICIBMAH 2026 explores challenges and opportunities in strategic leadership, governance, and organizational resilience within an increasingly uncertain global environment.
The conference promotes interdisciplinary research that integrates technical and engineering approaches with management and humanitarian values, fostering holistic and future-ready solutions. It seeks to strengthen collaboration between academia and industry in addressing post-pandemic business sustainability and driving impactful innovation.
The International Conference on Business Management, Accounting, Engineering and Humanities (ICIBMAH) was first established in 2019 through its inaugural edition — The 1st ICIBMAH 2019 — organised by Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP). It served as an international multidisciplinary platform bringing together academics, researchers, industry practitioners, and policymakers to present and discuss research across business management, accounting, engineering, and the humanities.
ICIBMAH 2019 successfully facilitated knowledge exchange, research dissemination, and collaborative networking among local and international participants, with thematic emphasis on emerging global trends such as the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Society 5.0.
Building upon this strong foundation, ICIBMAH 2026 is the second edition of the conference. In the post-pandemic era — characterised by economic uncertainty, rapid digital transformation, and increasing demands for social sustainability — the conference is re-envisioned to emphasise the integration of technical knowledge, management practices, and human values.
Compared to its inaugural edition, ICIBMAH 2026 places stronger focus on strategic leadership, cross-disciplinary innovation, organisational resilience, sustainable business practices, and the role of human-centred values within technological and engineering ecosystems — transforming from an academic exchange platform into a solution-driven conference with meaningful and lasting impact for academia, industry, and society.
